Negotiating and agreeing
Our Licensing and Agreements division works closely with our Business Managers from Intellectual Property and Business Development to negotiate agreements and licences with third parties.
In addition, they provide advice on legal matters to the rest of the company.
Members of the Licensing and Agreement division are based in both of our London offices, and have extensive experience of negotiating with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, and other research funders.
