Novel small molecule inhibitors of PfCDPK1, a novel, validated malarial kinase target. The lead compounds show low nanomolar potency in enzyme and parasite growth assays with good kinase selectivity profiles and ADMET properties. Preliminary data indicate efficacy in vivo.
